It is everywhere – gratitude is important for your well-being, it makes you happier. I used to have a gratitude practice, but it fizzled away. So every week, I am going to write a short post with 3 things I am grateful for.

It is everywhere – gratitude is important for your well-being, it makes you happier. I used to have a gratitude practice, but it fizzled away.

So every week, I am going to write a short post with 3 things I am grateful for.

  1. I am grateful for my gym crush – No, I don’t know his name and the crush is totally platonic. But he is that added motivation I sometimes need to get my a$$ to the gym and work out hard.
  2. I am grateful for my kids relationship – My son wanted a younger sibling for so long and he just ADORES his little sister. And she loves him right back. Yes, they do fight, but the way they care about each other always warms my heart.
  3. I am grateful for my time to paint in the evenings – After the kids go to bed, I always sit down to paint for 30 minutes to 1 hour. It is my blissful time, when I get to explore new ideas, practice painting skills, play with colors, and just relax. Sometimes, I will even have a glass of wine or a cocktail.
