Trends and Inspiration for the Art Nouveau Spring Collection

Ah, Spring! It will be here soon, so we’d better get started with our sewing plans for the prettiest season of the year.

Here is Texas, the weather is so crazy that it already feels like Spring, but we will get a few more cold snaps before the official start of the season.

For this new season, I chose Art Nouveau as a starting point because I just love it! I have loved since I can remember looking at art. The main aspect of Art Nouveau that entices me is the flawless mix of symmetry and swirling. It is all about flowers and intertwining branches and their reflections.
